Our consultants & auditors have held positions in quality management and understand the challenges that are required for an organization to meet customer expectations, as well as the requirements of the Quality standards that an organization is required to comply with. Our consultants can help companies become certified and then help them improve their QMS or processes so they can you get the most value out of them. Our consultants can create custom quality management systems that will actually help an organization function smoother with increased efficiency and reduced costs. Our History

Dynamic Quality Consulting & Auditing was founded by Oscar D. Luengo. Mr. Luengo has over 35 years in the field of Quality & Manufacturing and has held positions in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, Continuous / Process Improvement, Project Management, Internal & Supplier Auditing, and Third-Party QMS Auditing. Mr. Luengo has an FAA A&P License, a BSAMET degree, a Master of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Quality Assurance. Furthermore, Mr. Luengo has certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Quality & Manufacturing Engineering, and in Translation (English/Spanish). In addition, he is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Exemplar Global (RABQSA) QMS Auditor, ISO 9001-2015 Third Party Lead Auditor, AS9100 Rev. D Aerospace Auditor, ISO 14001:2015, & ISO 45001:2018 Certifications, and is Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish).
