Our History
Dynamic Quality Consulting & Auditing was founded by Oscar D. Luengo, who brings over 40 years of experience in Quality & Manufacturing. Mr. Luengo has held various positions, including Quality Engineering, Quality Management, Continuous/Process Improvement, Project Management, Internal & Supplier Auditing, and has extensive expertise in ISO 9001-2015 consulting. He holds an FAA A&P License, a BSAMET degree, a Master of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Quality Assurance. Additionally, he is certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Quality & Manufacturing Engineering, and Translation (English/Spanish). Mr. Luengo is also an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA). His credentials include the Exemplar Global (RABQSA) ISO 9001-2015 Third Party Lead Auditor, AS9100 Rev D certification, Probitas Authentication AS9100 Rev. D Aerospace Lead Auditor, as well as ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. He is bi-lingual in English and Spanish and committed to excellence in quality management systems.
